This 9-day and 8-night Rajasthan Pushkar Camel Fair Tour will take you on a truly traditional and cultural odyssey in Rajasthan. Starting in Delhi, where you will visit iconic historical landmarks like Red Fort, Humayun’s Tomb Qutub Minar, and Jama Masjid. Your next stop will be in Agra to visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. From Agra, you will continue to Jaipur to explore the rich history through the lens of Pink City. Visit Amber Fort, City Palace, and Hawa Mahal in Jaipur before heading towards Pushkar’s Camel Fair. At last, you will reach Pushkar and attend the famous Cattle Fair in the Pushkar. Tour Itinerary :
This exciting tour begins with your arrival in Delhi. Our representative will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the Hotel. On arrival, check-in at your hotel. Stay overnight in Delhi.
After enjoying your breakfast visit the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Akshardham Temple, Qutub Minar, The National Gallery of Modern Art, India Gate, and Humayun’s Tomb. Enjoy a rickshaw ride in Old Delhi’s Chandni Chowk and try street food or Mughlai cuisine before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast leave for Agra after reaching check into a hotel. Later visit the colossal Agra Fort and Itimad-ud-Daulah. Visit the Sardar Bazaar for shopping and try local food with the famous sweet ‘petha’ before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
The beauty of the Taj Mahal is best cherished in the early hours of the morning. After admiring a stunning sunrise view of the great mausoleum return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Drive to Jaipur and en route visit the historic town of Fatehpur Sikri which has many intricate structures. After reaching Jaipur, you can check into a hotel and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.
After breakfast enjoy a regal elephant ride at Amer Fort. Visit the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and Albert Hall Museum, Jantar Mantar and Jal Mahal. In the evening, you may explore the old city market of the walled city and buy some souvenirs for your loved ones. Stay overnight in Jaipur.
After breakfast leave for Pushkar and after reaching check into a hotel. Visit the world’s only Brahma Temple, the Savitri Temple is located on a hilltop and can be reached by taking a scenic cable car ride, visiting the ghats and the Pushkar Lake.
After breakfast visit the Pushkar fair and enjoy the colors of Rajasthan. The cultural themes of the festival will fascinate you to no end. A camel race is the signal of a festival with traditional music. Witness dance competitions, tug of war, longest mustache competitions, bridal competitions, camel races, and much more. Livestock trading includes camels, horses, cows, sheep, and goats. There are stalls displaying bracelets, clothes, textiles, and fabrics. One of the highlights of the fair is the test of how the camel can bring the items. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
